The new franchise concept is OutbackVac, whose Australian sister company is the largest gutter vacuum cleaning network in the world. OutbackVac's services include gutter vacuum cleaning and pressure washing.

Our mission is to deliver piece of mind to our clients by utilizing state of the art technology and exceptional people that provide dependable outdoor cleaning services and advice.

We are currently seeking a financially motivated, energetic, highly motivated, sales driven Account Manager/Sales Representative to join our growing company. This individual will be representing our services to business owners and other decision makers. This role will initially focus on the Atlanta market and eventually transition into Regional Sales.

Responsibilities:

Sell programs and services door-to-door to prospective Commercial customers through means of traveling around your assigned territory.
Grow your sales through referrals.
Generate sales revenue by adding new customers as well as cross-selling and upselling current customers.
Create selling strategy sales pitch and formulate answers and objections. Negotiate with customers and close the sales.
Conduct follow-up of leads through means of person-to-person contact to identify customer needs.
Conduct retention and service calls through means of person-to-person contact.
Accurately complete reports and maintains proper sales reports.
Attend trade shows, home shows, festivals, networking meetings and networking events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

General knowledge of the industry and/or services.
Demonstrated knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales).
Ability to find and assess potential sales opportunities.
Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service.
Strong communication (verbal and written).
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to travel locally on an extensive basis.


Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Sales and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualified applicants must have the ability to prioritize and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants must be able to overcome obstacles and achieve monthly sales goals. Sales experience is required and training will be provided.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance with a clean driving record, and a clean background check are required.
