OPERATIONS MANAGER -- Mosquito Joe of North Atlanta

Job Description
The Operations Manager oversees the "day-to-day" of the business, to include interacting with customers on the phone and over email, and managing technicians in the field; along with other duties assigned by the Franchise Owner. The Operations Manager is a year-round, salaried employee that works full-time during the season and part-time in the offseason. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business -- managing the budget, tracking customer & vendor payments, and submitting reports to the Franchise Owner and Corporate Office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend Initial 4-day training at Corporate Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA
• Hire, train, manage, and support Field Technicians (meetings & memos)
• Explain product and service offerings to new customers (telephone & email)
• Provide pricing to new customers (telephone & email)
• Schedule customer sprays (Technician routes)
• Resolve customer requests and customer complaints professionally
• Promote first-rate customer service
• Process customer and vendor billing & collections
• Prepare daily reports for Franchise Owner and Corporate Office
• Authorize biweekly payroll
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Monitor equipment maintenance
• Execute marketing programs (social media, trade shows, special events)
• Oversee season start-up and season shut-down operations
• Perform off-season duties as required by Franchise Owner
• Develop and adhere to annual Budget
